About this course

This course is a highly interactive online training class where you will learn the Professional Agile Coaching skills and competencies needed to become an effective Agile Coach. From the foundation of Agile through the Agile coaching stances, we will cover how Agile Coaching helps individuals, teams, and organizations set and achieve goals, overcome challenges and prosper with ease. In our workshops, you will engage our certified trainers and fellow students in one-to-one and group coaching sessions, activities and discussions. You will learn the differences between Coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitating, and acquiring essential skills such as powerful questioning and active listening.

ICAgile Accredited - Agile Certified Coach

Gain the internationally recognised ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC) certification

After successfully completing this course and assessment, you will become certified as an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Certified Coach. You will receive the certification directly from ICAgile. This is a lifetime certification and does not require renewal. By attending this course you will be eligible to earn up to Scrum Alliance 15 Category C SEU Points.

  • Are there any prerequisites for attending this course?

    Understanding of Agile and experience with working with any Agile framework is preferred. Please take time to refresh your knowledge and take a look at the Agile Manifesto & Scrum Guide 2020.
    If you require Agile training please contact us to help arrange training in an Agile framework, or to register interest in our Agile Team facilitator class (coming soon..)

  • What setup do I need to attend the online interactive training?

    A laptop/PC/Mac with a stable internet connection is required.
    A webcam with a headset (or microphone & speakers) is also needed as ICAgile requires that the instructor and all participants have their video turned on for all training sessions.
    A quiet space where you can speak and interact without distraction
